Cougars eliminate Lobos at MWC baseball tourney
BYU stayed alive at the Mountain West Conference baseball tournament on Thursday with a 5-1 win over New Mexico, eliminating the Lobos.
The Cougars play TCU at 2 p.m. MT in a bid to stay in the double-elimination tournament.
Against the Lobos, leadoff hitter Sean McNaughton hit a pair of two-run homers for the Cougars and Marc Oslund picked up the pitching win.
Oslund (7-1) tossed a complete game and allowed four hits, while striking out three walking one. It was Oslund's first career complete game and all four hits allowed were singles.

You're a little slow.
At the time you posted this, BYU is already out of the MWC baseball tournament, after losing to TCU 2-9 earlier in the day.
Which, according to the more paranoid, might be why you chose to post it now instead of earlier.
