BYU tackle Matt Reynolds breaks left hand
One of the players that BYU can least afford to lose this season could be out several weeks.
Left tackle Matt Reynolds suffered a broken left hand in practice today, BYU sports information director Brett Pyne said.
Reynolds apparently injured the hand during the second team session (11 on 11 scrimmage) and had it x-rayed after practice. The x-ray showed a break, and Reynolds will be examined later today or Thursday by a specialist.
It is unknown when he will be cleared to return.
Reynolds is the only returning starter on BYU's offensive line.
