Having trouble with your adjustable-rate mortgage?
Scores of Utahns with adjustable-rate mortgages are now facing higher rates and higher monthly payments. If you are one of them, you may qualify for assistance from the Utah Housing Corporation's "Dream Saver" program. The program is designed to help homeowners with adjustable-rate mortgages refinance to low, fixed-rate loans. The goal is to help prevent foreclosures. For more information, call the Utah Housing Corporation at (801) 902-8200. Or go here for more information.
