A thrifty Valentine's Day
I received an e-mail today from a reader who just bought some Christmas candy at 90 percent off that she is planning to give to her children, husband and friends in a few weeks for Valentine's Day. At least she's not saving it for Halloween! Anyhow, the Thriftyfun.com web site has some other perhaps more mainstream ideas to help you save money on what has become one of the biggest retail events of the year.
