The CPSC also has announced a recall of outdoor play sets manufactured by Adventure Playsets, of Amarillo, Tex. This set was sold at a number of major retailers, including Walmart and Toys R Us. The plastic coated lumber on the horizontal ladder can weaken over time, resulting in a fall hazard. Several varieties are included in the recall.
