Lettuce eat
For many years, working mothers have participated in national "Bring Your Daughter to Work Day" to encourage young women to imagine all their career possibilities.

But I can't get as excited about the latest twist on the campaign: "Bring Your Salad to Work Day."

On July 30, women across America are invited to bring a salad to work in an effort to eat better and feel more energized.

It "reminds people just how easy and delicious a healthy lunch can be,” said Carol Evans, CEO of Working Mother magazine, which partnered with (surprise) Kraft Salad Dressing for the promotion.
