Put hunger on ice
Here is a great way to help others and get some family fun in return.

On Sept. 30, take a whole frozen turkey or five canned food items to the EnergySolutions Arena and receive one free pass to the opening night performance of Disney On Ice: 100 Years of Disney Magic on Nov. 12.

The Utah Food Bank will distribute the food to needy families.

Donations will be accept on the northeast corner of the arena plaza, between noon and 1 p.m. Officers from the Salt Lake City Police Department will be on hand to collect the food items and distribute the free passes.
