Spaghetti Oh-no
I learned earlier this week that the Buca di Beppo restaurant at 202 W. 300 South in Salt Lake City is under new management. That is one of the reasons it is not participating in this year's fall Downtown Dine O'Round, which runs Sept. 12 through 27

Hopefully, the new folks in charge can boost the quality of food.

When the grandparents took our family there for a weekend lunch a few months ago, the Eggplant Parmigiana was marginal and my daughter declared her spaghetti inedible.

You know something is wrong when a kid refuses to eat pasta.
