Angelic Tapas
The Tin Angel Cafe, 364 W. 400 South, has added tapas to it's menu.

Co-owner Robin Fairchild said the list of small plates is long and a few of the offerings change daily. But here are a few of the most popular items:

— Speck wrapped shrimp with apricot champagne vinaigrette and micro greens
— Moroccan lamb meatballs with raita
— Ancho bread pudding with goat cheese
— House-made ricotta rolled in roasted pistachios and topped with an apple-fennel slaw.
— Beef and blue roulade, seared Kobe beef wrapped around Gorgonzola picante and roasted tomato
