10th Season for Hell's Backbone Grill
If you happen to be in Southern Utah this weekend, stop by Hell's Backbone Grill in Boulder, which officially opens for its tenth season on Saturday, March 14, at 5:30 p.m.

Jen Castle and Blake Spalding, pictured here, are holding a community open house tonight to celebrate a decade in business.

Guests can enjoy posole and cornbread and listen to the live music by Patrick Briggs.

One of Utah's dining gems, the restaurant has its own organic farm and on-site garden. It uses Boulder grass-fed beef and even has 50 heritage laying hens who provide the eggs for the breakfast.
