What is a roux?
Thanks to all those who emailed the answer to the "Monday Madness" trivia contest.

Marci Vasic wins a copy of the cookbook Slow & Easy. She correctly answered the question: What is a roux?

For those who may not know: a roux is a mixture of flour and fat (butter or pan drippings) that is used to thicken soups and sauces.

There will be another chance to win March 16.
