Bulk buying saves the planet
A flurry of news releases have hit my in-box all related to Earth Day, which is tomorrow, April 21. Most of the emails aren't really news, but I liked these tips on buying in bulk, since so many of us shop at Big-Box stores and like to have a well-stocked pantry or food storage.

4 REASONS TO BUY BULK
1. It eliminates unnecessary packaging and minimizes waste.
2. Saves money. Products cost less per ounce.
3. Convenience. When you have food on hand, it reduces trips to the store and reduces fuel consumption.
4.. Improves health. When you have food on hand, you're less likely to eat out and over eat.
