Cooking with the Sun

A free solar cooking class takes place today from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. today at The Cove at Herriman Springs, 7200 W. 14200 South.

Sponsored by Sun Oven, the class is free and will highlight how solar cooking has be a valuable tool in developing countries and following natural disasters

The Sun Oven harnesses the power of the sun to cook meals and sterilize equipment. Learn more at the website.
