Getting Out
Washington -- Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld spoke at the National Press Club on Thursday, but, as in Iraq, seemed to have a problem getting out.
When Rumsfeld exited the clear-glass elevator to the main floor with his security entourage, he started to walk the opposite way of his waiting motorcade and then stopped, put his hands in the air and appeared puzzled.
A helpful Salt Lake Tribune reporter then came to the rescue, telling him, "That way, Mr. Secretary."
The defense secretary, apparently, lacked an exit strategy.
