The American Bar Association Journal has had quite a few articles on the case, most all showing how ridiculous the state's actions were.
That should make every attorney employed by the state of Texas proud!
They'd had a few articles, my favorite was on Malonis and the comments that followed.
Yes it was a good article, especially the interview with susan hays, who is an advocate for underage girls who want abortions.

I had many an email with Susan Hayes, and she is very good at what she does. But she was rather disingenuous and never could come out of the dark side. She still thinks that Carolyn is legit. Poor brainwashed lawyer.

but the fact that Hays often represents underaged girls seeking an abortion without parental consent and now is representing FLDS clients, who are amongst the most ardent of the pro-life believers is somewhat ironic...howere', I fail to see an oxymoron in the situation....

The ABA, and people’s minds, attorneys and all, proved even to themselves that they had erroneous preconceived notions about the FLDS, as the article bears out. They come to this case like a dirty bra, a dry tit, or more to the point, a filthy mind, until they learn the real facts, again as the article bears out. “Hays and others had discovered a different, more complex truth confronting them on the ground”, states the article. So… this is why I talk like I do, to show how lawyers and judges, and people in general, have erroneous preconceived notions, to wit:
Tit is the Hebrew letter (Tet), see? All would have to agree, there’s absolutely no impropriety to the term. How about tit-mouse, tit-for-tat, a cow’s tit. The term is just benign, isn’t it? UNTIL: Until you add a corrupt mind into the mix. It’s not the language that’s corrupt, but those minds who object to it. Let’s take it a little further, to demonstrate the point:
So ladies, how’s the old bra? The Hebrew is bor or bar meaning pure, bra-sen, bra-ve, bra-nch, ber-ach, benediction, sufficient to be considered righteous. “And who shall be able to stand” (Rev.6:17). See? The Bar-lows have a great heritage in the name of their fathers, to be pure here below (Bra or Bar-Low). Do you cleave unto the Lord, or do you worship other cleavage? Does it cover the whole tit, or are you exposing cleavage the size of the Grand Canyon? It is just life form, and the form is not to be worshipped, but the force, the giver of life. “There is none good but the Father” (Matt.19:17), and those who are concealed in Him continually. Certainly you do not object to my use of languages, such as Tit: You’ve all heard of the tit-mouse, the tit of a cow, tit-for-tat, and so on, ALL of which are good and acceptable, are they not. “Well I object to the context of your language, relating it to women”, you say. And what, pray tell, is WRONG with women. Are they not also good?
The Biblical Tit is the Hebrew Tet: “Concealed Good, see? So EVERY word with a “T” has a tit, and what on earth is wrong with that? It’s only good when it’s con-cealed, when the con-trary is sealed unto the Lord, see? Else, you are evil, objecting to the most natural and benign use of language, and only exposing your own corruption. The very name “Christ” ends with a tit (a “T”). The Hebrew meaning of the letter is “Concealed Good”, NOT BAD. So be good, a goody-goody-two-shoes, even in bed, shoes and all. I always wear my stirrups to bed for the ultimate of readiness and discipline. It’s splendid. It’s divine. The Lord told me: “A bit for the bitch, a bridle for the bride, a bride for the man, and a mantle for the man of God” (Ps.32:9, James 3:2-3).
There it is, the 32 Paths of Wisdom or two to the power of four, two males and two females unified (24), a plurality in one flesh or one spirit (M-K), if all is subdued to the service and the Order of God (Gen.1:28). The strings of “string theory” are many, which form into one being, one organism, one man, and one Order, as the stars themselves are subdued and swallowed up into one black hole of many, the elemental storehouses of God. Plurality is the order of the cosmos, which makes the universe itself what it is, an expanding universe populated with God’s innumerable children, without number, by the Father of us all and His millions of wives on earth bearing His children, and one man bearing His mantle.
What is Mantle (or bit, or bridle, for that matter)? Notice the T, the tit or tet in Man-T-el: “Man concealed in the goodness of God”: God is El, as in Elo-him, and you can read him left to right, or right to left (Jachin and Boaz), for all is unified in the Column of Equalibrium at the center. Mantle: Add-ereth. Do you see the plurality (Add)? Its meaning: “Something ample, a large vine, wide dress, goodly garment, glorious robe, Holy Spirit, to cover the whole man and Order of God, from the crown of his head to the soles and souls of his feet, a thing required, a petition, ruin, made naked of all excess, to be small, few, and ineffective, and to have light for a covering (maowr or maw-oar), to bring to nothing, that I may confirm and rescue the pure element within the elemental oar. It is Seth or Path, Pat-riarch, Pat-riot (the only true American and Christian within this melting pot), a bit or morsel, female pudenda, secret part, concealed for good, for God, the Patriarch of us all.
The ABA article closes with this very telling conclusion: “Choate adds, “I hope the lesson learned isn’t that if you have enough people, and their actions are confusing or duplicitous, you can do what you want. Because if that’s the case, the state doesn’t have any power to protect the most vulnerable.” So, you want to protect people from language, and the freedom of speech and of religion. There’s only one way to do it. Clean up your own minds, and quit preconceiving your own corruption as the corruption of others.

No I meant oxymoron,, A lawyer susan hays isnt an ad litem, she took a couple of hours course, so she could represent young girls, yet she is a female lawyer, who fights courts so underage girls can have an abortion without parental consent.

But what is “gas”? What corruption burns within your minds. It is a metaphor for empty element or empty argument or empty law, see? And such language as I use, I have clearly shown comes straight from your Holy Scriptures. So clean up your minds, and you will not be so offensive to yourselves and to others.
Like I said to Marrie: This is what you people are doing, in opposing the FLDS Church and its prophet, the very church that keeps the law in its fullness. Your conflict of interest brings disaster upon your own heads, for you are without law when you violate the cosmic and eternal and recorded law against which “CONGRESS SHALL MAKE NO LAW”. That is your own Supreme Law of the land, so in violating that, you destroy your own economy and houses, families, and your own rights to anything at all.
See? It is like the passing of gas, being without substance. It works directly and emphatically against your own selves, as you can see in the events now transpiring, in the storms and economic collapse and terrorism all around you. The tribulation has only begun. You slit your own throats. Your passing of such gas is anti-social, anti-Christ, and is not politically correct. In fact, it’s not even economical. It’s just gas that would gag any nation and their economy when a nation turns against their own, and violates their own morals and laws, and call it democracy and religion. It is a compromised democracy and religion, and therefore the Devil is in all the details. The scripture calls it mobocracy and the Synagogue of Satan (Rev.2:9, 3:9).
No substance! Just gas. If you’re going to fling anything out of your butt, make it solid, something useful like fertilizer, instead of just stinking up the place, “polluting your inheritance” (Num.35:33, Isaiah 47:6, Ezek.20:31, 39; 39:7, D&C 101:6, 103:14). With something solid, you’ve got something…how shall we say…that you can sink your teeth into, if you get my drift, a new brand of peanut-butt-er (2 Kings 18:27, Isaiah 36:12, Ezekiel 4:12, Mal.2:3, Phil.3:8).
Speaking of which, gas alone can be useful if you can produce enough of it through unity and then put it into service. But that is impossible in a house or nation divided against itself (Matt.12:25). With unity you could turn your hind-end into a jet engine, and then you’ve got yourself a very efficient mode of transportation. Of course, it would have to be closely regulated by your government during the tribulation, butt by connecting a bunch of you together, you’ve got commercial transportation in the buff (Matt.13:30).
See? That’s the nature of nations and religions that have no substance, that don’t accord with the laws of the angels, or of aerodynamics. It’s just hot air moving people about (Matt.13:30). The most faithful FLDS maintain the laws that will fertilize growth, as well as lift them up into heaven. And then you won’t be such an ass, which is Ass-iyah or the world, the don-key which Christ donned, key to the ascent, by mastering it, thus lifting you higher to greater dawn or light, as footstools, propelling the purity of puberty from glory to glory, those who master the world and not oppress it (Rev.11:18), nor be mastered by it (John 16:33, Rev.2:7, 3:5, 21:7).
World: Wor, War, Woe, Woe-man, or Whore (Rev.17:1, 19:2). These all have the same root, and mean the same. “These are the redeemed from the world, they which are not defiled with women” (Rev.14:4). Better to remain single all of your life, or to be laid in the grave, than to defile your soul forever. Better still to live the fullness, to marry as if not married (I Cor.7:11, 18), and bring forth in purity from puberty (Exodus 22:29), not by defiling her. If marriage is of God, it is the covenant of purity, to be sexually pure, NOT defilement or sexual relations between husband and wife, or thy neighbor’s wife or dog. Else your father is the Devil, and you go where he goes.
Mar-ri-Age: The age to marry. The Hebrew for “Mar” is Acaph (A calf), meaning “Threshold”. All would agree that puberty is the threshold to adulthood. That is a scientific fact, and is even evident in the language: Adolescence or Adult-Essence. Mar: Kaab: “To feel pain” (the beginning of men-struation). Nephos: “Cloud” (Luke 1:35), which means in Hebrew “Excellent”. What is more pure and innocent than the maiden like Christ raised up from the bed (Luke 8:54), made into the essence of an adult. It is the very creation of God, and all who oppose it challenge God Himself to the battle. So you people were prophesied of, and your end has come. It is the sacrifice you have chosen to make, having rejected God and His Christ, His prophet, and His law. The prophets are in a family enterprise. They are the big brothers of the world.
“Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times, some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of devils (just gas), speaking lies in hypocracy…forbidding to marry (I Tim.4:1-3). This is why the deadly tribulations are now upon you (Rev.2:22), the deadly storms from God (Psalm 83:15, Isaiah 28:2, Nahum 1:3), and the terrors of the Medes (Isaiah 13:7), and the hunger and starvation of economic collapse (Exodus 16:3, Rev.6:8), and continuous devastations, until “the full consumption decreed shall overflow” (Isaiah 10:22). It shall sweep the land entirely clean, “as a besom of destruction” (Isaiah 14:23). This is speaking of Babylon, which clearly is “the abominations of the earth”, the world of the latter days (Rev.17:5). Only those who come to the determined defense of God and His people, those who strictly abide all His laws, will find mercy now.
The FLDS Prophet John Taylor had a vision of this Tribulation on America, which is very telling, considering what we see even now beginning to take place. I will post the vision below

You are correct and incorrect. First of All, your correct, Congress Shall make no law of mandatory religion, or tell anyone what relgion to beleive in.
But it stops there. It never said, Congress or States couldnt make laws against religous practices that cause harm to someone. You can beleive that God is a woman if you want to, but you cant rape woman because your religion says you can. You do, you have broken the law.

No one "Did" anyting to Flds, they did it to themselves, by intentionally breaking the law, when they knew the law. For as many BOM passages you can give. There are as many Biblical scriptures that deny what BOM says.
But, Im not into doing that.

REPLY: Well, you too can believe that God is a woman, but SHE’s not, He is a she, so there. Figure that out. Now that we’ve made that very very clear, you confirm everything I’ve been saying. You cannot rape women just because you’re a self-proclaimed Christian. To have sex is rape (Gen 2:17, 3:3, Matt.5:28), and this is why 100’s of FLDS men were kick by the FLDS Prophet, making him true to Christ and to man, and to women and children, see. That’s what we’re saying, and backing it up with action.
Are self-proclaimed Christians doing the same? No, Catholics, Mormons, Baptists have all been in the news for covering up sex offenders in their ranks, and letting them continue in the Priesthood. Now, is that Christian, or is that anti-Christ? Everyone knows. The Prophet Warren kicked them out. That’s a matter of record. It’s one of the great objections from the enemy of God, the fact that a true prophet of God is true and expels sexual perversion. Now you think his kissing a little girl is perverse. That too just exemplifies your perversion, establishes you as anti-Christ, and nails your coffin, doesn’t it.
You have broken the law. No amount of man’s law can make marriage illegal, or giving birth illegal, while your cult sustains daily blood sacrifice of innocent little children to the tune of A BILLION slain, because you feel so liberal and anti-Christ.

Yes, all have sinned, but few REPENT. “Few there be that find it” (Matt.7:14). The FLDS are certainly few.

You’re just advocating giving full reign to Satan himself, and forget Christ, being the anti-Christ, see? You men who want to do right and live, you know the saying: “Repent and live”. Well, when you wake up in the night or in the morning, and find that you have a hard penis, just flip it. All else fails and passes away. It is instant: “In THAT DAY that ye touch it, thou shalt surely die” “If men do what the Lord commands, He IMMEDIATELY blesses them” (Mosiah 2:24).
So put your fire out. Tis better than to burn, for I have one better than Paul (I Cor.7:9). “I would rather bury my children in the grave, than to see them marry wrong” (B.Y.). That is, not to commit murder, but rather the preference that God take them home and free them from an eternity in hell. To touch the fruit in the midst of thee is to die anyway (Gen.2:17, 3:3). That is “seizing upon blessings unlawfully”. To even think “sensual thoughts is devilish”, apostasy, and death (Matt.5:28, James 3:15). “These are the redeemed: Those who are not defiled with women” (Rev.14:4).
The body is the temple of God. All who become a problem, if they don’t repent, cast them out, that they may repent from afar and not destroy the whole house of the Lord. A bit for the bitch, and a bridle for the bride. This is what every prophet has done to cleanse the house, the temple of God, all who can be cleansed bye and bye, that God may dwell therein.
And now especially, this is what the Prophet Warren Jeffs has done in the eyes of the whole world. Thus, he is the greatest man on the earth today, out of her billions, and we are his subjects, like it or lump it. It will be so throughout eternity. His name and fame and very being will endure forever with the Gods, the creators of the universe, in whom all live and have their being, if they harden not. Else, they pass into oblivion, all who oppose or fail to uphold the Gods in perfection forever and ever.
