Chances are, someone was packing heat at the Eric Clapton concert Thursday night.
My spies report that conservative State Reps. Jim Dunnigan, R-Taylorsville, and Paul Neuenschwander, R-Bountiful, along with Sen. Michael Waddoups, R-Taylorsville, were seen rocking away at the EnergySolutions Center as the legendary rock guitarist blasted away on his instrument.
Waddoups, you might recall, is the legislator who carries most of the bills expanding the rights of gun owners everywhere. But it couldn't be discerned whether he had a little bulge in his jacket pocket.
You can also place a pretty safe bet that the lawmakers didn't pay for their tickets. They were seen in the company of an IHC lobbyist.
