And it doesn't look like it's slowing down anytime soon.
A source close to the East football program told me the Leopards have announced longtime assistant coach Larry Eldracher will be the interim head coach, replacing Aaron Whitehead, who left before his sixth year as the head coach to become a graduate assistant under Brigham Young football coach Bronco Mendenhall.
Eldracher was considered a candidate for the coaching position as soon as news broke about Whitehead's resignation. Eldracher, who was the defensive coordinator, has been with the program for three years and has served some 30 years as a high school coach.
The Leopards will start the season Aug. 22 against Snow Canyon.
