Early signing day upon us
Wednesday is the start of the early signing period for many sports. Coaches, parents or athletes who have items of interest for the Tribune should email Jay at drew@sltrib.com or Lya at lwodraska@sltrib.com.

There is a kid out of Dillon, Texas named JD McCoy. He is a freshman with a big arm. He beat out a senior, (who led the team to a state championship two years ago) for the starting QB job half way through the season.
He is the nephew of former Ute Tommy Grady.
