Women's Basketball: Westminster signs three, including two Utahns
Westminster College's women's basketball program has signed three more players for the 2009-10 season, including two from Utah.
Set to join the Griffins are Woods Cross guard Heather Anderson, Cyprus guard Kristie Henriod and Angela Fales, a forward from Big Bend Community College in Bend, Ore.
Anderson, 5-10, played at Otero Junior College last year and shot 39.1 percent from three-point range as a sophomore.
Henriod, 5-7, was a first-team all-state pick at Cyprus. She averaged 21.8 points per game for the Pirates.
Fales prepped at Capital High in Boise before her juco career. She averaged 10.1 points per game at Big Bend last year.
