Campos Named MLS Player of Week
Striker Pablo Campos has been named the Major League Soccer player of the week, after delivering RSL its crucial victory at Kansas City over the weekend with his second goal in two weeks.
Campos struck in the 18th minute to give RSL a 1-0 victory that could prove to be the result that gets them into the playoffs. The team has 33 points and believes it needs 10 more from its final six games to get in, though it will have this weekend off while the U.S. national team plays El Salvador in a World Cup qualifier at Rio Tinto Stadium on Saturday.
