Weekly Weigh-In
Well, I guess I should have been expecting this. After a few weeks of consistently dropping weight, I've hit a plateau, it seems.

The number: 249.2.

I'm not going to stress the .2 pounds too much. I've been eating the way I should, and even got to exercise a bit more than usual this week, so I know that number will continue to fall.

Onward and Downward!

Sheena- why don't you post your measurements too? I know a couple of other readers have asked the same question. It seems like these things would be more reflective and motivating to keep track of. Keep up the good work, lady!

Keep it up Sheena!

Re: measurements - have you had bodyfat % tested? Often it is a better measurement than weight... if you're lifting weights you can be gaining muscle and not losing weight.

Sheena McFarland weighed 160 pounds in sixth grade. She started at 290, and is now 244. She is working to get back to 160 as fast as healthily possible. She will chronicle her daily journey - the victories, the temptations and the cravings - on this blog. It will keep her motivated, and hopefully help others who are trying to forge a path through the diet and workout wilderness.
