Fun with electrons
A Utah man was arrested by Orange County, Calif., deputies, stripped of his pants, strapped to a chair and Tasered 11 times, a videotape released Wednesday shows.

Matthew Fleuret, right, was arrested during a barroom brawl in March 2006.

Fleuret has filed a $47 million lawsuit against Orange County. He got the video during trial preparation.

Utah, of course, has had its own tasering controversy, in which Utah State Trooper Jon Gardner tasered a motorist during a routine traffic stop. Jared Massey filed suit this month, saying that when he fell screaming to the ground after being shocked, the trooper taunted him by saying, "Hurts, doesn't it?"

Gardner has returned to duty.
