Get exercised
What were they thinking?

The state Health Department, healthcare leviathan IHC and 2News have combined their resources to offer "Workouts on the Web" in hopes of halting rising obesity rates.

It's a dandy program. After aging for awhile waiting for it to load, you get to watch a Channel 2 promotion, then a commercial (is IHC or the Health Department getting kickbacks from Cyprus Credit Union and Dan's market?).

Then you can sit back and squint at a Channel 2 demicelebrity Mary Nickles work up a sweat in low-res. You can even join in, doing repetitions of lifting your mouse or keyboard.

Before you know it, you'll be virtually buff.
