Gov. Jon Huntsman continues to keep one foot in government, one in economic diplomacy and one in his truest love, showbiz.

His new Communications & Policy Assistant Ginger Fairbanks is a recording artist who released her second album in November.

The CD, which features piano solos of sacred classics -- "Nearer My God to Thee" and "Consider the Lillies" -- includes a bonus track "Somewhere Over the Rainbow." (Where teachers get paid decently.)

If she wants to butter up her rock-loving boss, she better start covering Captain Beefheart.

But Red, you might want to leave Beefheart's weirdassed lyrics outta your missives with the Legislature. Something from "Flash Gordon's Ape" like:
