Paul Rolly has discovered a odd pattern of behavior in Utah County (like that's real hard).
Still, registered Republicans running for office as Democrats, is pretty weird.
This sounds like Pee-Wee soccer when one team doesn't have enough players, so the opposing coach lends them some. Very sportsmanlike.
Utah County Democratic Chairman Larry Brown explains that, "Things are changing. The Republicans here have lost touch with their constituents."
Sorry Larry, this says more about the Utah County Dems' powerlessness than the GOP losing touch. Lordy, how bad do you have to suck before the opposition party starts running candidates for you?
Besides, what kind of choice are voters getting between a honest-to-god Republican and Republican-in-Democrat's clothing? We've already got one of those in Congress.
If the Republicans are that bored, they should run some people as Wobblies. At least it would be interesting.
