at $7,000) and Gene Davis, (No. 3 at $5,000) -- the state's top two Senate Democrats.
"I guess ethics belong to the individual -- what he thinks is right is right," says avid-golfer-on-lobbyist-dime Dmitrich.
Third Democrat in leadership Pat Jones took $400 in Billy Joel tickets from a Blue Cross lobbyist. She belatedly paid the money back Friday.
Sitting through a "Piano Man" concert probably is punishment enough.
