Lego my green beer!
A letter writer upbraided the Tribune's graphic department for using Lego toy figures to explain effective imbibing on St. Patrick's day.When I saw the Lego illustration in the paper, I thought, "How fun. What is this about?" I cannot express my surprise - then concern - then shock - then sickened feeling, as I realized that the cute, innocent Lego people were depicting how to order alcoholic drinks, tip a bartender... I am throwing out your paper today because of the thoughtlessness and danger The Tribune has placed my children in.Chastened, the Trib graphic department has suspended a project using Seasame Street's Elmo, Bert and Ernie to teach safe three-way sex.
