FLDS crimes against fashion
Fashion consultant Tim Gunn offers the FLDS women some tips:
Let's redefine the prairie dress, let's give this some style. Let's give it some chicness. Let's help these women look great! The former chair of fashion design at Parsons The New School for Design thinks a wide patent leather belt, ballet flats and a little cleavage could make all the difference.

THAT is what is going to tell me how to dress? That THING who is confused as to his own GENDER?!? Well, if he, and his, ah..fine friend say I am ugly and out of style, I say THANK YOU! From the bottom of my heart! I want to be as far away from THAT as I possibly can be. So you go ahead...make light of our pain, and laugh at our modesty, and try to help us rectify our "crime against fashion", I am sure you mean well. But thanks just the same, I think I will stay with my sleeves and long "prairie" dresses, and focus on what is important to me: My CHILDREN. You continue to focus on what is important to you.........It is all about choice, isn't it, uh, SIR?
If your children are so important then why don't you protect them from the dirty old men in your community. Do no tlisten to false prophets-PROTECT YOUR KIDS YOU BRAINLESS DOOFUS!!!!!
Anonymous #1 - Hang tough and stay the course. Though the entire powers of the secular world marshal against you, they cannot prevail. Look what happened with Chris Buttars. They tried to smear him and tear him down, but he got renominated - no primary needed. If he can prevail, so can you.
I think its hilarious that you are so concerned about your kids and yet you are wasting your time on a message board ranting and raving. Get a reality check.
I didn't even read this article, it promises to be an insult to anyones intellegence and an insult to a particular group. We have been brainwashed by Hollywood and NY for long enough.

There is nothing "modest" about the FLDS. Fine if you want to dress as if you are living in the 19th Century. Our concern is not about your crime against fashion, but your crimes against humanity Your children are better safer as wards of the state than within the walls of your own home.
Did you notice the picture gallery that The Salt Lake Tribune ran a few weeks ago? It showed your children's bedrooms empty of your little ones, but one item remained: a photo of your beloved --and convicted-- prophtet Warren Steed Jeffs, who is in prision for aiding and abetting the rape of a child. Now do you understand why we are concerned? You get no sympathy from me.
So you are concerned because they actually love a person who has been convicted of a crime? And should they take down all pictures from the walls of those they love and believe in, because the children are not there? You make absolutely no sense. Their crimes against humanity is that they are different. Just because a jury convicted their leader of a crime, does not mean that it is true. I have not personally seen enough evidence to convict him. And I have not seen anywhere that they subject their children to rape. Do you notice that this person in actually online? That means s/he has access to a COMPUTER AND THE INTERNET! We were fed by Flora and Carolyn, and others, that they have, among other deprivations, no internet. Yet we have seen many places where they are adding comment to blogs, etc. If that is a lie, what else is? Is that the reason there is NO PROOF shown to support the abuse charges? We are a base, disgusting society who want to be allowed to think and believe how we choose and on the other hand, force our way of life upon others.
jeffs admittted it, so catch a clue....
