Rove-Romney connection
Quasi-Utahn Karl Rove has taken public his endorsement of semi-Utahn Mitt Romney for John McCain's running mate. Rove told Fox News:Romney is already vetted by the media, he has strong executive experience both in business and in government. He also helps McCain deal with the economy because he can speak with the economy with a fluency McCain doesn’t have. The question is, does Rove draw any water with McCain, who is distancing himself as far as possible from the unpopular Bush administration?
But even Rove recognizes that Romney's Mormon heritage could be a problem with the large GOP evangelical and Baptist voting block.

Get over your obsessive hate of Mitt Romney. He's by far the smartest economist and problem solver in the race.
Obama has never lead a state, owned a business or run anything worth mentioning. And Obama is going to help our economy? Give me an f'in break!!
Mitt Romney for President.
"Romney for President"
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!
Laugh all you want.
I hope you enjoy your higher taxes, weaker military, and diplomacy with terrorists.
If that's what you want, Obama is your man.
In case you haven't noticed our military has never been weaker than now. Diplomacy with Iran is by far a better idea than war which is what McCain wants. Even Bush's head man in Iraq has now met with Iran for talks, you don't hear McCain bashing him for it do ya? Israel has met with Syria, there are countless examples of leaders meeting with hostile leaders of countries. Diplomacy before War, what an idea.
This just in (Muncie Free Press) from Indiana's leading political analyst and commentator, Brian Howey:
"My Prediction: A month ago, I would have been comfortable predicting a McCain-Romney ticket. But if McCain wants to attract Hillary Clinton voters, he might look at young, attractive Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin who is creating considerable buzz these days. If I had to bet: McCain-Palin. At this point, I think the gender opportunity trumps geography."
