Uppity voters
A new state law that would make it even more difficult for the democratic rabble to override the wisdom of the Utah Legislature with referendums and initiatives is going to the Utah Supreme Court.

At the center of the issue is the case of a Beaver County mob (a.k.a. voters) that is challenging a $3.5 billion development.

Before it's over,
the long robes could rule on the constitutionality of SB53, which is already being questioned by state attorneys.
