Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid is gathering witnesses for a Judiciary Committee hearing in Washington, D.C., on the polygamous Fundamental LDS Church later this month.

FLDS "survivor" Carolyn Jessop tells the DNews that she has been asked to testify.

That doesn't impress FLDS spokesman Willie Jessop, who complains to the Tribune that he expects the hearing to be stacked with anti-FLDS witnesses:

The people they are calling [to testify] have the same amount of credibility as Rozita Swinton.

Unfortunately, Rozita, herself, may not be available to answer the senators' questions. Swinton, who is accused of making the hoax call that brought the raid on the FLDS compound at Eldorado, Tex., is on the lam.
