DNews not best source for gay news?
You may recall the startling headline earlier this week:
Deseret News reporters shocked to discover they have been censored for 150 years!
A dozen DNews reporters pulled their bylines to protest the demotion of editors who complained that stories — particularly on subjects like gay rights and alcohol liberalization — were being killed or slanted because they would offend LDS sensibilities.

Now the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) has come to a another obvious conclusion, headlined:
Is the Deseret News Planning to Stifle Fair, Accurate and Inclusive Coverage?
Connecting the dots, GLAAD reports:
In a move that could lead to the stifling of fair, accurate and inclusive coverage of LGBT and other issues, the Deseret News runs the risk of abandoning basic journalistic standards necessary to remain recognizable as a credible media source.

No use getting your knickers in a twist about this. The D-News has never been anything BUT an LDS house organ. This latest business might just weed out all remaining readers who thought they were looking at a real newspaper.

Oh please.

The Deserted News' slanted and bigoted LDS views are a surprise to anyone?

That's like finding out the KKK are racist.

Hey, Rick Mecham - Jesus was a flaming Jewish liberal and hung out with men and prostitutes. You got a problem with liberals?

Having grown up in SLC, and now in Northern California, working in that quaint city no longer self-referred to as "Baghdad By the Bay" for some reason, if you think the Tribune is Liberal, all I can say is "Bwaahahahahah!"

Just this last week the San Francisco Chronicle threatened to close and the Sacramento Bee is also having trouble. The liberals have taking over the media and the average citizen is just not buying their leftist views anymore.

The small businesses are tired of supporting liberal papers who try and do everything they can to ruin small businesses, families, religions, etc. I suggest all you liberal newspaper columnist get your laughs in now because the conservatives will get the last laugh.

“The liberals have taking over the media and the average citizen is just not buying their leftist views anymore.”

This is such a ridiculous statement! The internet has killed news papers. Nobody is buying news anymore.
By the time a story is reported, and printed, and it hits the stands, it's old news. Everyone has already read it on the internet! Why buy a paper? Conservative papers are dying too. The younger generation doesn't buy news papers like their parents did. It has nothing to do with the Lib's, how stupid.
