When immoral's OK — A Utahpolicy.com-Fox13 "political insiders" poll isn't scientific, but it's probably prophetic. A wide majority of Democrats and Republicans think the Utah Legislature will slap the full tax back on groceries. The regressive tax, denounced two years ago as "immoral," is seen by the GOP as the least painful way to offset a billion-dollar shortfall.
