When he called the Tribune offices Friday, it could have been about three stories: A member of the Rotary in Georgia who is calling to boycott Salt Lake City when it hosts the Rotary International convention next year because of Anderson's anti-Bush protest; the fact Anderson hired his seventh personal assistant in a year; or the accusation by a black Republican that Anderson labeled him a "slave."
But what did Anderson say? No complaints. The mayor just gave a heads up that the entry under his name on the Web site Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rocky_Anderson) notes that, after he leaves office, he wants organize a grass-roots group around human rights and global warming - and get married.
"He also says that he wishes to pursue another marriage, saying that he has had little time for a personal life as mayor and that being alone at home 'sometimes is hard,'" notes the free Web encyclopedia, which anyone can edit.
"This is so embarrassing," Anderson said in his phone message to The Tribune, which originally reported the mayor's desire for marriage after he announced he wouldn't seek a third term.
Somebody should tell Anderson he can remove the offending passage.

Rocky should know a thing or two about embarrasment. He is an embarrasment to the State of Utah. It is just plain bad form for the Mayor of the Capital city of a state to stage an anti-president rally during war time. Rocky may not realize it, but we are at war with a group of people who will not rest until we are all destroyed and every time some one like Rocky stages one of his rallys he is giving them help and encouragement.
