Congressman Rob Bishop threw out a few zingers while acting as the honorary leader of the Utah House during the opening day of the Legislature.
The group of new representatives were bunched to one side of the room as Bishop was waiting to administer the oath of office. "No one is going to ask you to do this again, but can you all kind of lean to the left?" -- Matt Canham
