Fighting porn one Senator at a time
Senate Majority Leader Curt Bramble was introducing a resolution urging Congress to take action to stop Internet porn from being emailed to employees at work and children.
The chamber's electronic status board had a better idea and abbreviated the bill's title to "Resolution urging Congress to stop Internet pornography to Bramble."
Ever-vigilant Sen. "Wild" Bill Hickman gleefully pointed out the truncated title.
Senate President John Valentine didn't miss a beat in calling, "Those in favor say, aye."
The entire Senate responded with a loud, "Aye!"
