Panhandling for Pants

When Rep. John Dougall showed up for a day of legislative meetings in his signature jeans and button down shirt, legislators knew they had to act.

At the House Caucus Wednesday, a jar appeared with a sticky note attached "John Dougall Dress Pants Fund."

After making its way through fellow GOP representatives, it came back with $13 in bills and change.

Not enough for a pair of slacks, but the Highland Republican says he can still put it to good use.

"It's enough to buy a pair of used jeans from DI."

Instead of dress pants or jeans, how about a skirt? Vote for former Highland City Councilwoman Gwyn Franson.

Hopefully Rep. Dougall notices soon that he's also "lost his shirt" when he is no longer in a position of power in Utah. Watch his actions closely on state retirement monies.
