Dollars and Change
I wrote the other day how Sen. Pat Jones, D-Holladay, had the funding for her financial literacy program whacked because of insufficient funds.
Turns out some legislators were scrounging through the couch cushions and came up with the money to restore that program, which makes me think, if the legislative budget gurus could pull together $150,000 out of thin air, maybe THEY should be the ones teaching Utahns how to manage their finances.
