Jazz and Blues
When we reported earlier this year about the $6,910 in Jazz tickets, trips and meals that Sen. Mike Dmitrich had taken from lobbyists, he was unapologetic. 
"Most of my constituents know that I golf and know that I go to Jazz games, and I've never taken any shit from them for it," he said at the time.
Unfortunately for Dmitrich, the news did upset a constituent, and it happened to be constituent No. 1 -- Dmitrich's wife, Bo.
So this session, Dmitrich says he's turned over a new leaf and isn't taking a lobbyist gift all session. His goal is a squeaky clean report. A die-hard Jazz fan, Dmitrich says it "hurts like heck."
Don't believe it? I checked with a lobbyist who says it's true and that Jazz games, even with their amazing winning streak, are a little less entertaining without Dmitrich there.
