Food fight
Attorney General Mark Shurtleff and Salt Lake County District Attorney Lohra Miller have agreed to a challenge to raise donations for the Utah Food Bank.
"We will battle for beans, scrap for soup and throw down for cans of tuna fish," says Shurtleff. "This is a fight to feed the hungry that will end when the last attorney says 'I give.'"
"Get ready," warns DA Miller. "The AG will have a hard time knocking us out. He's the underdog here because we won't quit until the shelves are packed!"
Collection barrels will be placed in all AG and DA offices through Dec. 24. Donations from the public are welcome or just make a contribution directly to the Food Bank at 801-887-1266.
