Huntsman criticizing Obama on China policy
Interesting political article in the May 28 Rolling Stone issue that just came out -- with Gov. Jon Huntsman Jr., President Obama's U.S. ambassador to China designee, taking a swipe at the administration's policy on China -- or lack thereof.
"Instead of demonizing Obama as a socialist, Huntsman favors a more substantive critique," Tim Dickinson writes in his "The GOP Jihad" feature.
Then he quotes Huntsman thusly: "There are a lot of pieces to the foreign-policy puzzle that have been left out so far... Our most important relationship in the world is China. There's nothing going on there right now. And what about trade? I haven't heard a thing about our trade agenda -- it's been a complete blackout."
Apparently Huntsman WAS one of the missing pieces.
Wonder if the president is an RS subscriber?
