Utes and Falcons Share Same Sentiments at Halfway Mark
Looks like the Air Force Falcons are feeling a lot like the Utes, as the teams prepare to open the second half of the league season today at Clune Arena.
The Falcons have played "better than a lot of people expected," junior forward Matt Holland said, "but we feel like we can do a lot better."
The Utes feel pretty much the same way, even though they were picked to finish third in the league, yet have only the same league record as the Falcons who were picked to finish eighth in the Mountain West Conference preseason poll.
The Utes are 2-point favorites, by the way, even though they have lost their last two road meetings with the Falcons by an average of 24 points.
