File It Under 'Seemed Like a Good Idea at the Time'
The Utes bused over to Wyoming for their game against the Cowboys on Saturday, which was hardly a problem with the beautiful weather we were having.
Note the use of the past tense, however.
By the time the Utes tried to drive home after the game, the winter storm that rolled through the region wouldn't let them. The weather was so bad that the team had to stop at Little America along I-80, where they fortunately encountered enough rooms for the whole team.
The Utes resumed their journey this morning once the weather cleared, and finally rolled back into town around noon. It was the second straight trip on which they have had travel problems, after charter flight delays on their visit to TCU last week.

I hate to say it, but Boylen is looking and sounding a lot like Crowton. The repeated "we're getting better" speeches and now bussing to a road game that they probably should have flown to. I really liked Boylen's enthusiasm from the start, but with all of the losses and the lack of improvement in the team this year from last, his act has really become a turnoff to me as a fan. Dr. Hill should be concerned, this is the second basketball coach in a row that can't get the job done.
Blah blah blah blah...And you're sounding like every BYU fan out there. Utah has consistently bused to Wyo games over the years. Give me a freaking break "cougarthunder." You are going to look awfully silly in a few years when we are winning conf. titles again. Lets just hope your cheering for someone else then.

And while I'm all for argument and debate -- even a little mockery is just fine -- I would ask that we try not to allow the name-calling escalate much from here. Wouldn't want fans to feel like they can't come here to express their opinion about the team ...

I didnt know that stating facts was bullying people. Quit being so irrational than I wont have to inform you how ridiculous you're being. Bullying people? Hilarious!
Right on cue.......little homemaker mom "utefamily" once again rips on other bloggers and does not mention anything intelligent. Quit ripping on people, you really need to get out of the house. Have you even every played sports? I doubt it! Oops, stooped to the level of "utefamily", commenting about bloggers instead of the Utes.
