Bring your hard hat
Those making the trip to Ann Arbor for the season opener at Michigan might want to check out the local paper's latest installment of the construction update on the Big House.

The stadium is undergoing a $226 million renovation that is on track and is being completed in phases so it won't affect Michigan's home schedule. Because of the work stoppages, it won't be fully completed until August of 2010. Once it is finished, seating will be more than 108,000, up from the current 107,501 and will include about 80 new suites and 3,200 club seats.

Too bad it won't be finished for this season in time for 108,000 Michigan fans to watch Utah take the opener.

Wow, you aren't even trying to pretend to be a Ute fan anymore.

You're just letting your byU zoobhood shine. The only thing I'm not sure about is whether you are 'naven', as I suspect, or some other byU troll. Either way, nobody is buying your act.

I can't even joke around and poke fun at our fan base thunder (down under)? Not all Ute fans are the same. What do you want me to do? If I'm not the type of Ute fan that you want me to be then you can piss off. I'm not going to be the stereotype fan. I love my Utes, but I'm not going to be a clone like you.

You are an idiot and you act like a child.

Big Ute Fan-

Sorry, I'm not naven. Also totally is spelled as I just spelled it. I am a huge Ute fan. I played there. I love the school and the athletics. I'm just not the same type of fan as Ute thunder (down under) and you are. There isn't anything wrong with that in my opinion.

If you are going to point out other people's mistakes, then you should make sure that your own comments are perfect.

"Also totally is spelled as I just spelled it."

In your sentence above, there should be a comma after the word 'Also' to indicate a slight pause. 'Totally' should be in quotes to indicate that it is from another text. Later on, you did not capitalize 'Thunder' as a proper noun.

Tune in next week, folks, for another episode of The Grammar Hour of Power. It's been my pleasure to be your host.

GRAMMAR/SPELLING TRASH TALK IS SO WEAK!

Assuming you really are a Ute fan, go back and read our very first exchange. You attacked me first. You were the one trying to tell ME how to be a Ute fan. Totally zoobish behavior on your part.

p.s. Saying you 'played' at the U, or any other university, wouldn't make you the authority on fan behavior.

You are a child. Honestly, I'm sure you have failed in every relationship you have ever been in in your life. Just out of curiosity, how many times have you been divorced? Have you actually ever had a long-term relationship with a woman? I'm guessing not. Plus you are into the thunder down under.

Great, now I just sunk to your level and acted like a child. Can I be a true Ute fan like you now, or does my athletic background hamper me?

You are so, so, soooooooo stupid. I would use a bigger word to describe your stupidity, but chances are you would have no idea what the word meant.

This back and forth between us reminds me of a psychology class I took at the University of Utah. While studying human behavior, psychologists discovered that when people blindly speculate about the lives of other people(as you just did) they typically are projecting their own flaws and problems onto the person they are trying to insult. It is similar to the phenomenon of most homophobes being homosexuals themselves.

You have revealed an awful LOT about YOURSELF zoobfan99.

FYI: For us to be on the same level, it would be ME that would have to sink, not you. You have been petty and small from the very beginning. You started the name calling, tried to tell people how to root for their team, you've acted childish and idiotic, and now you have made it clear that you likely have a hard time sustaining relationships with women. On top of that, you seem to be obsessed with homosexuality and using it as an insult('thunder down under' what is that even suppose to mean?). Keep in mind what I said earlier about homophobes.

p.s. I will save you the embarrasment of boasting about how 'great' your life is. Psychologists have also concluded that people that feel the need to boast about their private life to strangers, are typically lying or at least exagerating.

Have a good day zoobie.

On tonight's news, "utethunder" and "utefan99" both try to prove that they are neither childish nor stupid by use of the classic "I know you are, but what am I" technique, as well as the old standby: Disagree by calling the person the same name they called you "You're stupid. No, YOU'RE STUPID". :)
